I have two children; a 6th grader at Hauser and a 9th grader at RB. My husband and I are both Illinois transplants and have lived in Riverside for 16 years. This is my fourth year on the board at Hauser. In previous years, I worked with another Hauser parent to bring in a Social Theatre Program. This program is for the 6th grade class and teaches social skills through improve comedy. This year I am on the Food Drive committee and am excited to bring volunteer opportunities to both students and parents at Hauser.

2025-26 VP of Communications - Beth Brouwer
I am happy to be a part of the Hauser PTO board again this year! This will be my 4th year on the PTO board. I have learned a lot about Hauser as a board member in the last few years, and I believe the PTO plays an important role in enriching the school experience for our students. My son had a great experience at Hauser and now attends RB High School, and my daughter is now in 6th grade at Hauser.
Second VP - Volunteers
This position involves recruiting parents to volunteer at Hauser events. This is typically done via the Hauser PTO emails but may require actively reaching out to parents when volunteer commitment is low. Our family has lived in Riverside for 12 years and during that time, I have been involved in activities that have given me a chance to connect to our community. In my 2nd year on the PTO Board, I am excited to continue working with the board members and building relationships with the Hauser staff and parents.
