Imagine hosting a party and not knowing whether you’ll have 100 or 200 guests . . . makes it difficult to figure out how much food to prepare! That’s the situation with the Hauser Family Dinner THIS THURSDAY, February 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The menu features delicious pork and chicken from Q’s Barbeque in LaGrange, Hawaiian baked beans, salad, and scrumptious desserts baked by Hauser parents.

Advance tickets are available online through Wednesday night. Although you can pay at the door, we strongly encourage everyone to pay in advance so we’ll be sure to have enough food. Tickets are $6 in advance, or $7 at the door. Kids five and under are free. We especially invite current 5th graders, who are FREE with a paying adult.

The theme for this year’s Hauser Family Dinner is a Hawaiian Luau. The dinner will be held on Thursday, February 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the same time as the Hauser Book Fair. We are in need of baked goods for desserts. If you are able to supply 2 dozen treats on a disposable plate, please send an e-mail to Nancy Hopkins at webmaster@hauserpto.org.

Donations can be dropped off in the Hauser cafeteria between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. on the day of the dinner. If that time does not work for your schedule, please contact Nancy Hopkins to make other arrangements.
