Last Call for Reimbursement

If you have expenses to be reimbursed by the Hauser PTO, all receipts for the 2010-11 school year must be turned in to PTO Treasurer Jane Wilhelm by Thursday, June 30. Anything for 2010-11 turned in after that date will not be paid. Please drop off receipts at Jane’s house, or contact Jane at treasurer@hauserpto.org to make arrangements.

Hauser PTO Needs Your Help

Hauser PTO hopes to be able to fund these activities and programs this year:

8th grade graduation party 1,800

Student Assemblies (next year’s deposit for Historical Perspectives) 175

Next year’s start-up fund 1,000
Total Expenses $7,900

Fundraising activities established at the beginning of the school year have fallen short by about $4,700.

Please continue to support our ongoing passive fundraisers:
• Order magazines and more through QSP online!
• Shop Amazon by visiting the Hauser PTO website first & clicking on the Amazon link!
• Continue shopping at Target!
• Make a 100% tax deductible donation using the form on our website!
