Box Top$ has partnered with Dominick’s for another way to earn free money for our school! If you shop at Dominick’s, please go to www.2Ways2Earn.com and enter your Dominick’s card number. Then, shop, shop, shop. Every time you purchase qualifying products with your card, Hauser will automatically be credited with e-Box Top$.

Keep clipping those Box Top$ and turn them in to the school office – they all add up! Now earn e-Box Top$ by shopping online at many of your favorite stores. Check out the marketplace at www.btfe.com, or print the information here.

Now we can earn eBox Top$ for our school with Ford.  Earn instantly just by watching a video or reading a brochure. Earn 5 eBox Top$ for each video you watch (up to 5 videos per e-mail address), request a brochure and earn 10 eBox Top$.  Purchase a new Ford car and earn 250 eBox Top$!  Register at www.boxtops4education.com to get started!

Parents: if you have been collecting Boxtops for Education, please send them to school with your student next week. We need to have them in by Friday, February 26, in order to be reimbursed for them during this school year. Also, please visit the Boxtops For Education website for a chance to win 1,000 extra boxtops for our school. It takes about a minute to register and you can enter the sweepstakes once per day. Look in the school list for LJ Hauser (not Hauser) to enter for our school. There is no obligation to purchase anything by signing up to enter the drawings. You can opt out of future e-mails.

We are once again participating in the Box Tops for Education program. We have a new collection box in the cafeteria (thanks to Ms. Westin.) There is an early collection date of October 24. That is this Friday, so clean out your drawers from all the Box Tops you collected over the summer.

This year,we have three additional options for making money for our school through the Box Tops website (that are FREE to participate in).

1. All parents, teachers and supporters can earn extra points for Hauser by doing your on line shopping through the Box Tops website. Log on to www.boxtops4education.com (be sure to type ”L J HAUSER JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL” exactly and go to the Market Place. (Purchases before November 2 will earn extra points.)

2. Register as a club member to receive coupons and special offers from Box Tops for Education. Just click on ”sign up now” in the top right corner of the home page. (It is free and each registration earns our school 5 bonus points.

3. Apply for a Box Tops for Education Visa and 1% of all your purchase dollars will go towards Hauser Jr. High.

Box Tops contests will return to your child’s homeroom this year. Have your kids bring their box tops to their homeroom in a baggie with their name on it. The homeroom that brings in the most box tops will receive a prize at the end of the year. (Last year it was a Krispy Kreme breakfast.) Also, the student who brings in the most box tops will receive an individual prize. Go to www.boxtops4education.com to learn more about the program, including which products qualify.

Box Tops for Education is an easy way for our PTA to make money. Since we began participating in the program in 1996 we have earned almost $1100.00. In the 2005/2006 school year alone we made $368.00! Our goal for this year is to do even better. We are asking all Hauser parents to please clip the Labels for Education coupons off of products from General Mills, Pillsbury, Yoplait, Betty Crocker, Old El Paso, Totinos, Nature Valley, Chex Mix, Pop Secret, Ziploc, Kleenex, Cottonelle, Scott, and Viva. We get 10 cents per box top! Please save your box tops for the rest of the summer and have your child bring them to his/her homeroom in September. Thanks in advance for your support of this program.
