Hauser PTO operates under Bylaws and Standing Rules:
- Hauser PTO Bylaws – The Bylaws can be changed only upon an affirmative vote of 2/3 of the membership. The current Hauser PTO Bylaws were adopted May 24, 2021
- Hauer PTO Standing Rules – Standing Rules are more informal guidelines and can be changed by a majority vote of the membership. The current Standing Rules were adopted May 24, 2021.
- Parliamentary Procedure/Robert’s Rules of Order – Parliamentary procedure is a set of rules for conducting orderly meetings that accomplish goals fairly. Many nonprofits use Robert’s Rules of Order.
