1st friday

On the first Friday of each month, PTO features a topic of interest to parents. Have any of you been wondering, “What the heck are Paw Points?” If you have, you’re not alone!

Instituted late last year, Paw Points are handed out to students by teachers and staff as a reward for behavior that reflects The Hauser Way: Act Respectfully, Be Responsible, and Choose to be Positive!

Students can then enter their Paw Point ticket(s) into drawings for fun prizes like Aunt Diana’s gift certificates, first in line in the cafeteria, a chance to create the playlist for music played during the passing periods, and other cool things.

We have great students and we hope they get “caught” doing great things all the time.  Please encourage your students to turn in their Paw Points and not hold on to them! Drop off locations are in the school office or in the cafeteria.  Any questions about this, please contact Mr. Smit, our Assistant Principal.
